Becoming a psychological counselor wasn’t just a career shift—it was a calling. After years in the corporate world, I followed a deeper, spiritual pull to work with people in a more meaningful way. Psychology had always intrigued me, but choosing this path came from something beyond logic. It felt like something I had to do.
My clients are often sensitive, introverted, or emotionally perceptive adults— over 25 —navigating the complex world of relationships, stress, self-worth, and emotional overwhelm. Many are professionals juggling high-functioning lives while quietly struggling with grief, anger, shame, or the feeling that their emotions are just too much. Some seek more happiness. Some seek peace. Many don’t have the words yet—but they feel it’s time for something to change.
My approach is integrative and emotion-focused. I draw from the framework of gestalt therapy, CBT, RTT, inner child work, hypnotherapy and more — depending on what fits best. While I respect each client’s unique rhythm, my work often leads to meaningful change in a short time. Therapy doesn’t have to take years — transformation can happen quickly when you’re ready for it.
Clients often say they feel clearer, lighter, or more hopeful after a session. That’s the goal — not perfection, just more ease and more choice in how they respond to life. While I bring training, tools, and structure to each session, I never pretend to have all the answers. I see myself as a facilitator—someone who walks alongside you, helping you reconnect with the part of you that already knows what healing looks like.
Homework is an integral part of our journey, designed to help you work on behavioral patterns and habits, such as negative thought cycles, fostering lasting change.
This work is not about me. It’s about you—and helping you feel more in control of your inner world, your relationships, and your life.
