Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer

Cancellation Policy: 

• A notice of at least 24 hours is required for cancellations to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. 

• The cancellation fee is equal to the full cost of the session. 

• All professional fees are displayed above and must be paid 24 hours before the session. My professional fees are subject to review and may increase from time to time. 

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide as much notice as possible. Notification must be made via email at least 24 hours prior to a session during Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be counted as part of the 24 hours. 

Refunds

• Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours (or more) before the session will be refunded or not charged, within 12 hours will be charged half the session fee and any cancellation or rescheduling made in less than 12 hours will be charged the full amount. 

• Session fees are for my time and professional expertise and are not a guarantee of a successful outcome. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any sessions where you have attended and paid for the session.

• Where a discount package or therapy program has been booked and paid for in advance, if you choose to discontinue your therapy process before attending all the sessions, a pro-rata refund will be issued after the deduction of the full standard session fee for any sessions you have attended.

Guarantee

Although Rapid Transformational Therapy® has an incredibly high success rate, it does not and cannot guarantee results since every person's success depends on many factors that Dingliani Sailo has no control over, including the willingness and desire to affect the changes within themselves.
